Terms of Service — Profilio

1. Acceptance

By using Profilio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Profilio is operated by Arabian HR Company for Human Resources (CR: 1010566841), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

2. Nature of Service

Profilio is a professional intelligence platform that helps you enhance and present your CV for the Saudi market. Profilio is not a recruitment agency and does not broker employment contracts. You retain full control over sharing your profile with employers.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your CV.
• You must not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not share your login credentials with third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your CV and personal data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service. The "Profilio" trademark and platform design are the exclusive property of Arabian HR Company for Human Resources.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-enhanced CV suggestions are non-binding recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying their accuracy before use. Profilio accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by Saudi e-commerce regulations.
• Payments are processed via Moyasar, a licensed Saudi payment provider.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@profilio.sa. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. Our liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from use of the service.
